Everyone knows that Windows Apache MySQL Python\PHP\Perl on Windows XP is a bitch, if you don't know what WAMP is, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wamp for a breif explanation, I've decided to dedicate this thread to anything WAMP related, suits, tutorials, advice, or anything else related to web development on Windows, so here is a list of the most used, and the most useful server suits out there:

XAMPP is an easy to install Apache distribution containing MySQL, PHP and Perl. XAMPP is really very easy to install and to use - just download, extract and start.

Apache2triad is a distribution of some of the most popular open source servers and interpreters for developing and providing web content using Windows.

that's all fokes, I will add more things as I see them, I personally recommend you read a couple of tutorials and understand how web applications and servers work, don't install anything unless you know what it is.
